Help ID my over please (1 Viewer)

The only thing I don't seem to have a manual for is the oven in my Dethlefts. No clean vendor logo on it either.
It's fitted above the fridge. I know it's fairly obvious in use, but I still like manuals for all the appliances. Plus, it's a little odd how to ignite it.
