Help! How do I activate my Three feel at home account in Germany??!

    Hi we have just got here
    Our three mifi is working and it says we are connected but we are not! Do I have to enable something ? I spent hours on the phone to three when we went France with this problem and he said he had sorted it -clearly not!!
    Cant get through to the help line now
    Any suggestions appreciated
    We can access our account online as we are in a cafe with free wifi

    3 feel at home does not cover Germany unless it has changed recently I am afraid.

    Three doesn't work in Germany unless you have a pay monthly account and pay extra
    Maybe better to get a Vodafone SIM card locally

    Same here in the US last year so got them to sort it for next visit, they did,
    IT didn't:doh:

    My phone and data package were all checked even re set up by 3 in case I had selected something to stop it working (I knew I had not) but they know best
    with exactly the same result nowt, zilch, nada. So feel at home! Don't make me larf :doh:

    3 on contract isn't free in Germany. Surprisingly it is in Denmark.

    Funny this should come up today, I've just been into our local 3 store where he made sure my phone was set up and confirmed no 3 at home in Germany. Top info in above post. (y)

    Some of these people that work in phone shops don't even know where Europe is, let alone Germany! As far as I know it has never worked in Germany or Portugal.

    Badknee did say that 3 confirmed that Feel at Home doesn't work in Germany.

    Just bought a German simcard for15€ for 2GB of data and50 international minutes .not bad.
