Sorry to bring this up again, switch off now if your bored silly with the subject.
Just bought a brand new car for towing.Old car had a Chris Cox A frame.
Here's the dilemma
Do I fit the over run a frame to the new one, cost £320 ,bearing in mind this could be illegal in 2 years time.
Or spend £1500. on a smart tow system which they say ? will be legal after2014 ?
So £320 OK for 2 years or longer? or £1500 and be more safe hopefully.
What would you do ?
And yes, I know I could buy a trailer for that money, but just don't have anywhere to store one anywhere.

I have the UniBrake system (smart system if you like) for exactly that reason. Some on here may say that all A frames will be or are illegal but that is not likely in the foreseeable future, But I do not want that can of worms opening up again.

You pays your money and you take a chance. For me it is what suits our needs.
