Help again .. sorry
After advice re a fire on another thread ,
I need to check whether there is a loose wire behind my 3prong socket which I use when on hook up .. Am i correct that I just sprize the white plastic bit out .. but then what ? Do I press that silver rectangular button and it will come off so I can see the wires?

Thank you.

Looks like you press the balck bits on the side of the silver cover and it will come off giving access to wires.
I am no expert!

If they are like the 12v version you prise the silver bit off first and then you should see the white bits (sockets) fixing screws.

But make sure it is isolated before you start sticking anything in anywhere please Joy.

It should look a bit like this Joy once the silver cover is off.

The four securing screws should be accessible.

I think they are Berker parts so a search on youtube might yield more information.
