Help / advice on buying our new second hand MH

We are looking at buying a second hand van & have found 2 we like. A 2016 Elddis 275 or a 2013 Autosleeper Cotswold both same mileage & same price ( both at dealers )
We like the large front lounge that makes up two single beds with rear washroom layout

Any advice please would be much appreciated

Hi, I believe that Layout is everything ( not to mention payload )we have the 2 permanent singles layout with full rear washroom and love it.

if we had to consider a shorter motorhome then the 2 front bench seats making 2 singles would be our next best layout.

Also i guess the 2016 model is an X290 and possibly Euro 6, whereas the 2013 will be X250 euro 5
