Have a look at the search function at the top of screen.
MIFI there are lots of suggestions from cheap starter devices to more expensive MotorhomeWifi and Teltonika boxes etc as well as different aerials.....

If you want to use a projector, you have to block out the majority of background light. It's really hard to do in a van with windows on all sides. And it'll need a hell of a lot more power than a TV.

Fellow T5 owner here. Welcome!
Q1. I've been recently looking at on board wifi and am most likely going with Motorhome WiFi. They've been very helpful with my questions.
Q2. TV. Don't watch it much, but it's nice to have, and on most TVs picture quality is better. I have one which isn't hard wired in so I can put it away when not using it. Or not take it along on a trip where I know I won't use it. My friend's T4 was trashed by a thieving bast***d who tore out the fitted TV and anything else they could. They pretty much destroyed the interior and the resulting insurance claim was a nightmare too. Projectors are ok, but you still need a screen, and it needs to be dark, or used in a blacked out van.
Q3. Definitely. They're easy to deal with, don't smell, and I lost count years ago of the number of times I've been glad to have my own on board facilities, even when at events which have loos. I'd rather use my own loo than 99.9% of festival portaloos! Also some 'wild' sites since Covid and many pub stops etc require you (not unreasonably IMV) to be fully self contained, which means you need an on board loo. There are plenty of 'toilet threads' if you search. In my van I have a Dometic 972 which fits under the RIB seat.
