We just bought a moped for the back of the MH to use as a runaround. It's not very noisy, but my husband is deaf as a post with his helmet on. I am looking for helmet-to-helmet communication. I don't mind if it answers the phone or not.
Any recommendations, please?

We have used Interphone units for years, the sound quality is excellent and the battery life is extensive. You can get cheaper ones but as ever you get what you pay for. Ones that use "mesh" connection have a much reduced battery life. We get around a three day battery life of riding with out Interphone units (obviously turn them off when not in use) but my mesh Cardo Pro which I use on my bike when out with my mates only lasts a day. https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/2442914

I bought helmet Bluetooth intercoms from Temu for £55. Work perfectly

The wife and I have used Sena S5 sets for rider to pillion wireless comms for as many years as I can remember...

They are really cheap for a branded product, you can connect your phone to take calls and play music and have been really reliable... we've used them all over Europe on our travels...

They don't do the bike-to-bike mesh stuff though...

a few years ago Lidl were selling a wired intercom set, which I purchased. Took my grandson out for a ride and found he was imitating very loudly, the engine sound, but I had no way of turning the volume down, it was very irritating! I was very relieved when we stopped and he asked if the intercom could be removed as was uncomfortable

Just use Sena kit which is built into my Neotec lid and pair up with the lads when out and about.

But when the boss rode pillion, which she doesn’t do nowadays, had a nice Cardo rider to pillion Bluetooth set which were relatively inexpensive and worked well.
