We have just returned to motor-caravanning after caravanning for some eight years. We see the advantages and disadvantages of both.

Have just bought a second-hand Swift Sundance 530LP. 2007 model with only 24000 miles on it ! Do people not use their motorhomes? We have previously owned an Autoquest 270, A swift Royale, an Autosleepers Ravenna and a Swift Gazelle, all from new, and all averaged 11,000 miles a year, even when we were working.

We intend to travel in UK and also extensively in Europe, with our dog. Previous trips have taken us to most of western Europe though we "specialise" in France.

We are glad to be back !
