Im sorry I wont be able to give hardly any input and advice, im on here to ask about a replacement engine. I have only had the camper a short while before my engine blew up....
Im now retired but havent a clue about mechanics etc.

what ever you do don't go for a cheap option if it's a new engine you want get a Main Dealer one ,it will cost you a lot but you can have it repaired at any same dealership ie. if its a Fiat you can go to any Fiat Dealership that caters for that Type/weight of vehicle. but it all depends what you mean by the engine has blown up.
Also if anything did go wrong you won't be arguing with some backstreet garage saying it's your fault , I had a Garage and a Guy I knew had a Nissan and he bought a imported second hand engine, but the warranty stated he had to pay fitting charge if the engine went wrong he had 3 engines fitted !! thank goodness I refused to fit any of these engines
