Hi all, what a great forum!!! My partner and I live over here in beautiful Slovenia. We have done six cold winters and now want to get away from them!
I had a camper a very long time ago, it was old and was always breaking down on me but I loved it

I have been doing some researching and I am in need of a lot of advise as I don't want to make the same mistake twice:Blush:

Hi and welcome from Scotland, we spent two weeks in Slovenia this summer. A few days at lake bled then on to Ljubljana to stay with our friends who also motorhome the. Down to Zola for a few nights before finishing off in Bovec.

We had a wonderful time such a beautiful country and lovely people.

Hi and thanks, Yes indeed it is a beautiful country. We live over the other side, in a place called Haloze near Ptuj, we both love it here from march to November but after that it can get very cold but you being from Scotland would probably think its mild
