Hi to all! My whole family (myself, wife and 2 boys) has just moved onto a Bluebird Bus which I converted myself - it is now our permanent home!
We are currently located on a farm and in return for some work - living free on it which is great. My wife is a qualified teacher and home educates our two autistic boys.
I am really hoping to gain lots from more experienced individuals in this forum and I am in need of some advice as to how to change the V5 from a bus (over 7.5 tonnes) to a motorhome. Currently, the DVLA site appears to only allow mini buses as the largest. Any help on this would be so appreciated.

You should be able to get it classified as a "Van with Windows" which a lot of self builds are classed as now. Insurance companies are OK with it and you can insure it as a Motorhome.
