Hello from David and Sarah (1 Viewer)

We are David and Sarah from Gloucestershire, after years of looking and narrowing it down to a Rapido, finally purchased a 786f and now planning our first trip abroad in November and returning in March. I, David, am retiring from my 9-5 job on 31.7.14 and will be joining my wife in her lawn mowing business during the summer months. I have been lurking for some time on here and having now purchased a motorhome will have many questions to ask in the coming months.

You must be part timers. We cut grass until december and then go away until March.

Grasscutter, the weather must be warmer in Surrey. Anyway, cutting grass for 3 months full time after retiring in July will be shock to the system. I'll need November to March to recover!

I guess it will be better than Cheltenham, but am I wrong in thinking January and February may not be better than southern Spain. Also as first trip I would like to see both Portugal and Spain to help plans for future years.
As you can see I am new to all this so trying to find the best options.

No ride on mowers just large Hayters but all that walking will hopefully keep me fit for many years of motorhome travel.

I did not realise paying my subscription would take up so much time. I now have the forum open at my desk. I really must get on and do some work, but any printable suggestions would be much appreciated.

Warmer in the Algarve and even warmer in the east of Spain.
