Hello from Cornwall (1 Viewer)

John and I are new to this site and have no experience whatesoever of owning a motorhome, so be on the lookout for lots of very basic questions:Blush: We have just bought a 1993 Talbot Highlander II, she's old but she's ours and we are looking forward to having lots of adventures in her. We are lucky to live in a beautiful part of the country but haven't really explored much of the UK, so for now that is our aim. Who knows one day might even venture across the channel!!! You could do worse than start your adventures just over the border in England and take a look at Devon. LesleyJean has just put up a link to some places that are well worth a look at in North Devon. Have a look.


And please don't imagine that your questions are 'stupid'. Nobody knows everything, but there are enough people on here that know quite a few bits that as a forum we can get a bit closer to it.

Don't worry about asking silly questions, if you don't know the answer no question is silly. We have all been there, only problem when a lot of us started, there was nobody to help, no forums, So had to learn the hard way, but we are all happy to pass on advice.

Hello Happycampers, You have not got to go far to enjoy your motorhoming and as you say you do live in a beautiful part of the world, as do I in fact just down or up the road from you, near Marazion.
Going over the Channel is not as daunting as you might think and I bet you will be trying it before too long. :thumb:
