Hello everyone. As subject says we're compete novices when it comes to motorhomes but we have camped in a tent on the odd occasion, but now we're in our 50s we wanted something we could just get in and go away in for a few days and on occasion take the grandkids with us.
We have been looking at vans on and off for 3 years and eventually took the plunge and ordered a Swift Escape 674 in the autumn which has just been delivered to the dealer, we're going for good look around tomorrow. A few compromises from both of us with regard to fixed bed or lounge, 4 or 6 berth to get the number of seatbelts we need which is why we selected the 674 layout.
I've been lurking here for a few months and shock horror read about the Swift problems some people suffered post purchase and will no doubt be picking your brains in the future.
