Hi All,

Always enjoyed travelling and the outdoor life since touring Europe as a teenager with parents in a 71 VW camper (which is still in the family).

We are both addicted to exploring and our hobby (Car related) takes us away most weekends in the summer. With retirement looming and the desire to spend more time travelling we have just purchased a low milage 2011 Auto-Trial EKS. After much research and hours reading most of the threads on here we believe this to be the best option and model for us.

Will keep you posted on how it goes. Looking forward to sharing our experiences

Well, we have finally done it ... and our Autotrail is finally home with us! We had a rather wet and blowy first weekend away at a car show (we are real petrolheads - owning several hotrods) and have decided that we need to buy LOADS for the camper! can't wait to go shopping - any ideas on good suppliers etc? Hi Annie. We get a lot of our stuff for the van from the shows, the next one is at Malvern on the weekend of the 14th Aug its a great show and there will be loads of us funsters camping for the weekend. The funster camp is full but you can book onto the general site and have a wander over and meet us all. Mew & Mick x
