Again thanks to all who welcomed us!
Well - just got back from the Black Isle with our virgin trip in MH. We found it so less stressful than tugging a ton of caravan behind us - even Mary drove it back from Inverness - why didn't we do this years ago?? MH was fine - even for an old bus apart from a really noisy Carver fire so its going back to the workshop in a couple of days to get it fixed or replaced. We did exactly 300 miles and still had between 1/2 and 1/4 full tank left which I thought wasn't bad for a 2.8. Black Isle was great - really nice site at Rosemarkie and the dolphins (in the sea) were pretty active. Didn't have time to visit the brewery - will save that for another time. Looking forward to the next trip - we've decided to use it as much as possible even in the winter - although it will be a PIA draining it down every time we come back.

Glad you enjoyed the Black Isle. Definately one of our favourite places.
