My wife and I have owned various campervans since 1970, when we owned a VW splitter with millions of windows in it, and it worked on 6, yes 6v electrics!...Then a slight break when we bought a trailer tent!

After the trailer tent and numerous campers, we now tootle about in a modest 12 yr. old Roller Team M.H. which we love....Big lounge area and a big pod to kip in, all in under 6mtrs.

We wild camp or campsites, anything will do, as long as it's under the stars.....

We live just over the border from Chester in Wales, so we spend lots of time in Snowdonia and the Clwydian Hills.

We hope to join in and meet you folks in the near future.....

    Thanks.

Maybe we could start a thread on what we wished we still owned,

Thanks for the great welcome.....We would have come to the Roodee, but we are off to the Welsh Hills over Easter.

Incidentally, if anyone is going to Chester, the Little Roodee Car Park is great for overnighting.....£1.50 from 17.00 / 'till 0900 next day!

Could be different when the festival is on though.
