Hi, depends on the type of rooflight. The small push up one's have the screw heads covered by small plastic discs in each corner, pries them out and undo the 4 screws. If you have the large ones, the surround has to be pulled off, it's held by push on clips. Once off it's just attached by the visible screws.

You should find the surround comes off the inside and then there are screws there to secure it.

Best to tell us which heki.
If it's a midi with ventilation you can remove the vents (carefully) and check that it's not had some additional screws put in. But it should pull down otherwise. As Martin said.
U might need a large flat scraper or taping knife between the ceiling and the plastic to avoid too much pulling force in one position. From memory 2 clips each long side.

I am going to have to remove mine , had rain come in through the vent grill inside. Had a look on the roof and it looks like the sealer has rotted.

Thanks folks for your suggestions the problem seems to be can’t see any screws or clips sure to sought out somehow Cheers
There aren't any visible screws or clips. The inner mechanism complete with blinds simply pulls off. Start at one side & pull outwards and down. Once that part is off you will see the fasteners that hold the rooflight down onto the roof. Search for installation instructions or parts lists on line. They're all there.
