Heating query

Hi it says in my In my info that can only room only heating if the water tank is empty? Don't want to heat the water too. Someone told me not to leave the wayer tank heating for long periods?? Please advise

Think we need to know what boiler is in a pilote p650 to answer unless there is an owner out there.

It looks similar to ours on our Hymer. The setting which has only the gas flame symbol (no temperature numbers next to it) will be just heating without the water boiler being activated.

PS. When we go away, our water boiler is always full and always heated (except during sleeping hours), so we can use hot water whenever we want. we do this for 6-8 weeks at a time without any problems. Its designed to do that.
