My friend has got an newish, 18 month old. Westphalia Columbus, he has a bit of a problem in that the underfloor water heating is not working.
The heater runs alright and heats the water for washing etc but no heat from the floor. Does anybody have one and know of a foible that could cause this, a valve? or a controller switch that does not appear anywhere. It has a controller and a separate controller for the heating with differing heats for the WC and the rest of it. He does know what he may have done to stop it.. He emailed the supplying dealer in Belgium but not had an answer. It is an eperspecher unit in the van

If it's water underfloor it's very likely the heating pipes which will be coiled and run round under the floor will be controlled/ fed by a thermostatic valve called a manifold. Likely it's the stat not reading correctly or the manifold valve at fault.
