You'll need the Truma blown air version Dawn.

You might need to put in extra ducting to accommodate it.

Got an electric one only uses 60 watt helps to keep the chill off but ideal for what it is designed for ie warming/drying towels, socks, underwear etc. was told long ago that the truma gizmo was next to useless but never tried one

as usual....stick a caravan accessory name in front and charge 3 times its true value.
Like you say a complete rip off for an item that is virtually useless, relying on the remnants of warm air that finally reach the washroom, £90 odd all for a bit of hollow tube. this is the one we have in the washroom

I always used to read people banging on about how good the Alde heating systems is as I was always quite satisfied with the Truma blown air system we had in our Rapido.
Now that we have Alde in the new van I can appreciate what everybody was raving about. It's really good and the best bit is we have a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Fab!

Our problem is where to fit the thing. One possibility was on the back of the bathroom door.

Now this may be an indication of the Truma item's unpopularity and/or limited performance, but a quick search revealed that the Bailey parts department is selling it for £36.50 + £5 delivery charge, should anyone want to buy one.

Bought a 40w tubular heater from Screwfix, fitted in the Van bathroom, works a treat. On the inverter while away and now in the winter on 240W timer hook up in the yard, with the Bathroom door open keeps the van 'Snug', better than my 'onesee'
Best Regards Mac

We have one of these in our Autosleeper, its also the same as the one in the caravan parts link.
Keeps the bathroom nice and warm and heats / dries the towels.

If you can get a "worm" air duct to it, it works very well.:thumb:

Heavens, I don't even have heated towel rails in my house, let alone my van. I'm feeling rather inadequate.:ROFLMAO:

Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
We don't have one. But we've got Webasto deisal heating in the bathroom as well as all round the Motorhome. There are no cold draughty areas anywhere. Even when driving .
Plus the vent is under the towel rail so the towels are nice and warm in the bathroom.
