Hi all can anyone recommend travel insurance for 90day trip spain Portugal both in our 60s thanks in advance

Take a look at Nationwide Flex Plus. £13 a month includes 30 days travel insurance but a phone call to them and you can pay a small premium to extend to 90 days.

You might find an annual policy makes sense. I pay about £125 for annual multi trip (90 days) policy with LV - also both in our 60s, no serious health issues.
