That's it's death nell then!Wow!
Plus CAMC Baltic Wharf is within the zone.
Similar to the Bath CAZ - the campsite is outside the zone, but our MOT garage, which is on the recognised HGV route, is also in the Zone - talk about cash cows!Wow!
Plus CAMC Baltic Wharf is within the zone.
I think it must have been one of the reasons for it to close. Even if you don’t move your van, it adds £18 to the cost of your stay. That's it's death nell then!
And CMC are charging £42 (members price) for a night in February, so could cost you £60.it adds £18 to the cost of your stay.
I’ve been going in and out of Bristol every day this week, and the traffic is just as bad as ever! Those that make these decisions are they trying to turn Bristol into a no go to place.
A mate at work said it cost him to go to Chabots shopping as the car park is just inside the zone![]()
The trick is to take the left turn at the lights immediately before the carpark and then enter the carpark from this side road. The side road is outside the zone. Those that make these decisions are they trying to turn Bristol into a no go to place.

And for us, in our 4.6T Frankia, 2km from Ashton Gate, across the Cumberland Basin to the bottom of Bridge Valley Road will cost £100. Sure it's included to make money. The signs on the M5 still direct Bristol Airport traffic off at J18 and down the Portway. Our alternative route to the M32 takes us past many more residential areas than driving through the centre of Bristol or across the Cumberland Basin. We live local to it and a right pain in the bum when we're using the van. The Cumberland system - which is a strategic through-route for us (A4 & A370) and is in the Bristol CAZ - is nowhere near the city centre, so can only wonder why it's been included...![]()
But have you checked the UK website as I'm a Euro5 and exemptJust to add a bit about the charges.
To enter the zone without a charge you must be euro 6.
Euro 5 or lower Motorhomes up to 3500kg are charged £9
Euro 5 or lower Motorhomes over 3500kg are charged £100 unlike Bath there is no reduction to £9 available.
So taking the A4 Portway could be an expensive mistake. If you do find your self on the A4 there are 2 escape routes (3 if you include driving into the river) The first is turning left at Sylvan Way and making your way back to the M5 through Shirehampton, if you miss this turning the last opportunity is just before going under the clifton suspension bridge there is a sharp U turn up Bridge Valley road which will take you the The Downs.
So anyone thinking of attending the Balloon Fiesta this year plan your route carefully
I can only point you to the Bristol CAZ charges page for some reason the checker thinks you are exempt.
I just used the same website as the one you pictured above and Came up as have to pay for my 2015 ducato van under 3500. Definitely euro5.
Exactly the same results for our 2016 Fiat Ducato Euro 5+ engine, sub-3,500 kg. Bristol charge £9.I just used the same website as the one you pictured above and Came up as have to pay for my 2015 ducato van under 3500. Definitely euro5.

Annie if you think that the result is incorrect you can use the clean air zone support service to raise the matter. You even have a couple of examples of other vehicles that are exempt to support your queryI just used the same website as the one you pictured above and Came up as have to pay for my 2015 ducato van under 3500.
