Could anybody tell me if any campers have a simple switch to enable switching high part of beam to right hand drive and left hand drive? I once had an Audi A6 which had a simple switch on top of each reflector to change over for continental driving. I'm using a left hand drive van (imported by me) When I brought it home from Belgium I bought new headlamps on Ebray. They were rubbish and I resorted to sticking on beam changing stickers, a right faf. My next van I'd love the simplicity of just switching while waiting in Dover.

I, too, had an A6 with switchable dip. Sadly, 3 years later, the replacement A6 didn’t. I can do it on my current Volvo, but it’s more complicated and involves removing each headlight. At £850 + VAT per side, you need to hold it very carefully. Some A class motorhomes let you adjust the dip.

A Class vans with Hella headlamps can be changed manually. The Classic projector lamp you have to loosen screws and rotate the lamp. The later ones have a leaver on the back of the lamp.
