We find ourselves with with a week, maybe 10 days to kill in mid September and, cos we've never been, thought we'd take in Lincoln maybe then bimble down to North Narfook / Broads for a look see. Don't know the area at all but keen to explore a bit.

We have a dog, no bikes, are not current members of CC or C+MC . Are happy with CL's and pub stopovers if we can find some.

Any thoughts on must see places and places to stay for a night or two?

Thanks in anticipation

Bob

As far as Lincoln goes you can park in The Lawns car park overnight for not much money and this is near to the Castle. Don’t know if Norfolk is open in September but someone would know.
Why not have a night at Jim’s Jasmin, on our own here at the moment.

We like pretty well everywhere between Cromer and Hunstanton.

Holt is nice but you need to park down the hill towards Kings Lynn.

Wells next the Sea for Fish and chips.

Cley next the Sea for pottery and great deli

We stayed at a small site at Hingham, quite acceptable

We like Sheringham/Cromer area and use a Camping and Caravan Club site at West Runton called Wyldflowers.
Nice walk down to beach and then decide between walk left to Sheringham or right to Cromer.
