On my way home from Bagwell meet, M5/M4 junction this idiot pulled out, the camara didnt catch it but in my mirror i could see the car he pulled in front of getting hit from behind.

Must get a dash cam , glad he missed you shows how vulnerable we are to the idiots , off to research cams.

Have you thought of getting in touch with the local Police who may have attended the accident and letting them have the footage as it clearly shows the idiot doing a dangerous manoeuvre and therefore may help mitigate the 'offences' being committed by the other drivers?

I had a similar accident on the M6 a few years ago, nobody stopped and it went 50 / 50, until it went to court and the other driver said, he must have seen me about to rejoin!! the court then awarded my insurers all their costs

It was just about the only bit of the M6 with no cameras
