What a fab weekend in Hawick , great to put faces to forum names ! What a lovely welcome from Marjorie from Hawick tourist information office, and kind welcome to all and everyone in the car park.
Nice wee walk up to and around the town where everyone made all of us either Individually as couples or in a socially distanced group.
local shops , bar and restaurants also appreciated our custom too !
Weather was kind, Saturday market not so good, but was ok I suppose.
Did my good deed twice1st on Saturday , fixed Patrica’s battery charger, then on Sunday stripped and fixed her habitation door.
Many thanks to all who came, look forward to more like it !

We got home today and did this on the way. The cupboard door wasn't secure and neither was the table so it flew out.

Patricia did get her door to open in the end. Was a great weekend, hopefully by the time we return there might be a toilet dump installed. We spent quite a bit of ££££, figure will be revealed in Fridays paper.

Sorry to hear about Robert but was good to meet you all
It was great seeing some faces and terrifying for them to see us.... :giggler:
Sorry about Robert's mobility & agoraphobia, but he's working on it.
