This is a two part answer Ian

1. you need to drive the van down the A1, park it in my drive, transfer the personal effects over then drive mine home. We can sort the paperwork later
2. Having got a van that you understand ( 3 questions in 1 day?) then you need one of these. The rest should be obvious

As they say in the American Express adverts, That’ll do nicely... But Mrs Codger says she thinks I need a longer one...

Mrs Codger also says I’m already cranky enough ;)

Thanks. Next time I can get to wilko I’ll take a look. Queue for our local one was longer than the queue for Sainsbury’s on Saturday

Our Mercedes eura mobil a class had a lengh of pipe clipped under the bonnet, with a bend on each end, one up one down, the job was easy, ? and an easy job to knock one up. ? Bob.

I have something like that in the Garage on the MH. I wondered what it was for. Thought it was something to do with the canopy.

I’ll take another look. Mine is white powder coated (Painted) is that likely to be it?

Thank You

I have a funnel with a flexible hose. This unscrews and is the right size to fit most 5L washer fluid bottles. Still a bit of a fiddle but possible. It holds about a gallon so doesnt need filling often.

I just use an ADBLU tube it has flexy end and if you put an electricians tie in a loop under the bonnet you can leave it hanging in there next to the filler

It’s such a perfect fit I think it must be the intended use!

It is so well made and was stowed with the awning poles that I thought it was part of that. If any thing had been provided I would have expected a plastic tube as you described!

Anyway thank you bobandjanie for the pointer it answered my question perfectly.
