Hello
I understand that at Haven Holiday campsites you can pay £10.00 per night including electric - midweek deals.
Does anyone know how to book as when I asked Haven site near Edinburgh they didn’t know anything about the deal.
Many thanks

Don't think so, have seen the £10 offer on the Haven website for many of their sites, open to all. I would have presumed you'd just book thro the website.

Keep an eye on their website, the cheap deals are all out of season.
Doubt you'll find anything this month.

Hi Misterc
Just go to their web site and pop in the dates and park that you would like to stay at and then click on one of their offerings and the price will be revealed, we have stopped with Haven several times and paid less than £10.00 per night inc' electric and entertainment passes etc' No need to be in any clubs just has to be out of school holidays.
Cheers
Colin

We've used Haven sites within the last year, out of season, and paid £7 a night at Blue Dolphin and the Cleethorpes site.

Absolute bargain

I think that’s the offer that they do for 5 nights start on a Sunday for about £35 all in .

I can recommend Perranporth and Weymouth Haven sites and they are both dog friendly ?

Stayed at Haven Perranporth last April. Not in a Moho but in one of their bungalows. Being the dog friendly one it was basic but spotlessly clean. Site was quiet, beach stunning and some great walks. Was wary as I thought it was going to be noisy. cLike Janine can recommend Perranporth, though it looked like the motorhome field was a longer walk to the beach.

Almost a Newbie but not quite now.
WE booked into Perranporth for 5 days,, lasted 3 before moving on to Glastonbury. The camp field is a looooong way from anywhere, even a long walk for the bus and in the botom of a bowl in the dunes.
The best Haven site I have found is Burnham on Sea,, easy walk to town, busses everywhere and lovely site.
We have been to quite a few now. :)

The Haven site at Haggerston Castle is very basic area for Tourers, tho the toilets are OK. Decent bars, but swimming pools small. Great if you want to go to Holy Island or Bamburgh Castle tho.

That’s one of the reasons why I loved it!

Straight out of the van and onto the dunes with the dog. We walked for miles every day without meeting many other people/dogs.

I never went into the entertainment but did go to the top of the hill to watch the sun go down into the sea ?

With these Haven offers the CMC will be experiencing mass suicides at head office. Good for Haven. It's about time more sensible priced sites came along to bring down the money sucking monopoly.
Well they have had the offer at the mcc for a few years now and I have not heard of any mass suicides at cmc.

They will operate the same way hotels do, if there is something significant on in the area then offers dissapear and prices will go up. The fringe has been on at Edinburgh, probably why no offers on during that period.

Seriously thinking about Haven for the older grandkids this year, they need a lot more to do than the young ones and so few sites have anywhere for them to play football in high season.

At Littlesea, dog goes free on the bus to Weymouth, where at one end they have a very large section of the beach for dogs, open all year. Fantastic. (y)
The facilities for campers are good, pitches are large to very large, most look out over Fleet Lagoon. Reasonable shop ( Co op) on site, but a nice 25 min walk, mostly countryside, to a brand new Aldi. For £6 a night, with EHU, water, whats not to like.
As said, why would you want to pay £25-30 a night at a CMC site, where all youve probably got is a slightly better facility block?

When the kids were little and we had too many for a motorhome we used to rent a static at varieous havens and they loved it but wow, was it dear, so when looking for sites I imagined it would be dear for camping but it's really is a bargain if you get the offers , from one extreme to the other on prices as you get everything thrown in as if you had the £1000 a week static.

Just booked 4 nights with electric and all club facilities at Thorpe Park in Cleethorpes (10 th Oct) all for only £31.89 ! Paid this much at Sutton on Sea CMC site 2weeks ago for 1night, will be booking at Jasmine next time we go to Sutton, after all pensions don’t go far when you have a hungry dog!
