Nowhere warm over Christmas in the UK. We go away for every New Year though! Just make sure we have full gas and diesel for the heater (y)

We flew to the canaries in December 2019 for Christmas, was great to bypass all the silliness, but it was expensive.

Morocco

?

1/2 our immediately family live in the UAE. We spend Christmas at home (50% religious). But we celebrate time together.

Then new year in Spain with some.

Hard to answer you question. Unless you want to leave the motorhome behind and fly.

Spain is an odd thing. Look at who can stay and who cannot. That and British visitors are being asked to provide covid tests, certificate of recovery or vaccination. That and the 90/180 day rule. Europeans / EU are not having to do the same.

Just wondering why you have dismissed Europe for Xmas .. 30 days before , 30 days there then 30days to get home …sorted ! Christmas is only 12 days lol 😝
I assume because the OP wants to keep the 90 days for another trip within 180 days, or has used them up already.

What about British Citizens resident in EU countries?

Although I suppose if one presents an EU Resident's Permit one does not have to disclose ones Citizenship.

Be careful, if you go away, you might miss The DFS sale.
It wont be the same this year without the Queens Speech on Xmas Day
PS: No one is more Bah Humbug than us, we don't have grand kids yet, we don't put any decorations up at home, we don't even buy each other pressies or cards, but we do have a pile of stones to throw at the TV close to hand if we cant get away in the MH.
Spent a few Xmases at CMC Baltic Wharf Bristol, then belt on up to the Fun meet new years at Shrewsbury, what more could you want?
LES

Not a fan of Xmas either, so myself (+dog) go off to the CMC site at Southport for a few days and meet up with one or 2 funster friends. Not necessarily warm but ideal location for us.

We are exactly the same and found it so depressing when we did try and get into the feel of Xmas in fact last year we had Lasagne for Xmas Lunch and Mrs LW is a great cook and does a belting roast.
We are quite sociable going out at least three times a week but we are delighted when the 2nd of January comes around and Party Time is over.

Given the choice I would be away, preferably in a non Christian country.
here you go fill your boots.

Afghanistan, Algeria, Bhutan, North Korea, Libya, Mauritania, Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Yemen do not recognize Christmas as a public holiday.

Yes it's a good site for wintertime, that's so long as the electric transformer doesn't overheat like it did when we were there so half the site had no electric and we ended up with a very, very poorly dog who nearly kicked the bucket at 3.00 am (the vet didn't think she'd last until breakfast).

The only thing I like about Christmas is knowing the days are getting longer and the difference can be noticed come the new year 😁
Absolutely, they always report on 10th of January being the most depressing day of the year but I like jan/Feb time.... Summer is coming! 😁
