Have received disc for windscreen and it says stick on bottom right windscreen. This is obviously so it is on opposite side of windscreen for LH sided driver position and does not block view. With a right hand drive vehicle stickers are usually put on left side at bottom of windscreen - do you think it ok for me to stick on bottom left??

AFAIK, It is primarily for the locals who drive on the left with the sticker on the right, so it can be seen from the roadside. I have a RHD and fitted ours in the bottom right as per the instructions mainly incase I ran into a jobsworth..

Bottom right. Its so the Gendarme can see it from the road side. I think they also have some electronic device to detect it from the roadside.

Living the dream.
Our Hobby is LHD so not a problem. On your RHD try to keep it out of the swept area of the windscreen wiper on that side in case you have a jobsworth MOT tester. (y)

Yes, I thought that was funny too, at least it's easier to put on than the German one.
Mines on the RHS but I'm LHD.
Only seen one other one in France on a Brit van.

I've seen several here in France stuck in the top left of the windscreen when viewed from the outside. But those were on cars so they were at a convenient height for the air warden to check. On a MH the bottom of the windscreen makes sense.

Getting better month by month.
Bottom left hand side for ours. There is a video on the website on where and how to place them. I stuck mine into a tax disc holder so it would be easier to remove if needed, but the whole face is sticky so it is fixed onto the screen for good now covered by a useless tax disc holder.

i laminated my one so it didn’t stick to the window in case i needed to remove it , and used a magnetic tax disk holder to fix it to the lower offside area of the windscreen
just as well, coz our windscreen cracked over easter and needed to get replaced :(

I think that sounds exactly right. Its the positioning that'll make sense

Thank you
Ok that probably counts me out, but what is it and how do you get it?
Yep, does me. However, I would get one if I could go and get one like in Germany where you can take the registration document and they issue one but been to Paris and not bothered about Lyon or Grenoble.

Not bothered about big cities, small pretty towns, forests, mountains and wide open spaces for me(y)

The instructions said the disc should be put on the bottom right-hand side of the windscreen, so that is what we did. Why would you not? Don't want to antagonise the gendarmes unnecessarily!

Is that on the French one? Strange how yours says in middle of screen below rear view mirror as most (probably wrong) Mohos don't have or need rear view mirrors and yet everyone else's says RHS irrespective where they might put it.

Apparently get a badge, paint it blue and you a) won't get lost
b) don't need a disc
c) still get access to here for help
Can't guarantee which one but possibly none might work.
