Just in the process of trying to do mine i cannot get the top of the cassette to lift up

At that price better to buy material in Spain and either do it yourself or get someoneuou know with a decent machine to.

If I had to replace the canvas then I would just buy normal sunshade material and stitch/fit that, I am not convinced that you need the special material that Fiamma etc use.

I have just made sunshades for under the glass roof on our terrace at home, they will stay up for 4-5 years at least, so for a MH the lifespan should be much longer and a greater colour choice too.

THanks fella but my biggest problem is removing the top of the cassette ???

Have you removed any rain seal or mastics from the top rear of the awning?
I believe it needs to lift and tilt back slightly to get it off. If there is any form of rain seal it is likely that it will prevent that movement.
