Been trying to get this problem solved since 9/12/19 since Catterick Caravans caused the problem after renewing our motors forthe bed. BURSTNER are saying it’s our fault for sitting/ kneeling on the bed head end which would be totally impossible as the bed would simply tip up. They are supposed to have got a blueprint from BURSTNER to sort the problem ( or we have to spend thousands on a new bed) but have yet again cancelled the work today. Think they simply do not know what they are doing.
Has anyone else got a BURSTNER where the electric bed head fails to come completely up to level?

No but I know someone who's Burstner electric bed did the opposite and came crashing down and wouldn't go back up!
