many many years! since I was a kid
To look better it needs cow horn style bars like the 1903 serial 1. Otherwise it's just another overpriced electric bike

Eight Years and 28,000 Miles.
Looks ok, apart from the white tyres obv..

No specs though, and it'll cost a fortune I suppose.

It will sell, despite being probably 100% overpriced simply because it is HD. Off the shelf components and a bit of metal bashing = big profit. Hats off to them for actually doing something though

Why bother?? - apart from striving for some "green" credentials and to meet emission standards etc. for their product range; California springs to mind.

Ever since lighting was by Calor gas.
I guess that it might be O.K. in California to use without mudguards.
They're all at it. Old Brit bike manufacturers' names are being used for marketing Ā£90 Tee shirts and leccy eBikes - they plobabry all come off same ploduction rine.
The NEW! Matchless E-Urban Extreme. Ā£6,500.

All the gear, and no idea!

That was my first thought about the barsšŸ‘
i have seen the original serial 1 a couple of times (100th anniversary in Barcelona 2003 and at the HD museum in Milwaukee 2008).
Iā€™d love one, but probably wonā€™t pay over the odds for onešŸ‘

You don't sell a product at that price....you sell an image or lifestyle.
