No I have a preswift autocruise, but to honest I ignore the speedo most of the time, my satnav shows my speed in large numbers...
My satnav is built into the dash and speed display is small and needs a good stare at, not very practical especially in France where there is no allowance for error.

My dash-cam has a speed readout which is what we use, it's switchable between mph & kph so fine either side of the English Channel (sorry la Manche).

Both the dash-cam and my laptop running Autoroute both agree on our speed.

Subscribers  do not see these advertisements

Well you will have these posh vans with all the bells. Lol lol. However as you say the French take no prisoners if speeding. As I live there part of the year now I am very observant of the limits, hence using my satnav most of the time as a speedo
