We will be using the old Severn Bridge (M48) crossing. After that we are planning to go through Chepstow on the A48 and cross the River Wye, then take the B4228 which takes us almost all the way to Elwood. Never used that road before. Does anybody know if it is OK or not for a 7.5m motorhome please?
I will be crossing the old severn bridge and then going further along the A48 to Lydney then taking the B4321 which merges with the B4228 closer to Coleford. Its a bit less distance on the B roads.

If anyone coming through M4/M5 needs to fill with LPG, Morrisons and ASDA at Cribbs Causeway (M5 jcn17) had LPG today. I've just topped mine up at Morrisons.

Thanks. That looks a bit longer. Is the B4228 a bit narrower than he B4321?

You mean you forgot to reserve the best pitch for me, I’m taking that litre bottle of Vodka back with me, and I thought we had a deal.

Thanks so much to Ray and the other gentleman for parking us up with ehu. We felt so sorry for you both being wet through. Think we will stay in and shout to each other over the noise of the rain tonight, see you all tomorrow in the sunshine :p

Hello Mitzimad and Mousy you must be parked in front of me, welcome to the wet. I’ve been told this morning by Swansea Jack, we are only just out of Wales but the wind is coming from Wales, so yes your right it’s the Welsh’s fault for blowing the rain into England.
