Well thank you for the numerous phone calls , pms, emails and carrier pigeons, I can confirm that much to one or twos dismay, I am still here and still singing

I have been across Europe with Nikki , Poland, czech, Germany belgium etc.



Contrary to Some,s belief I have not spent weeks repairing my swift group motohome although I have put in new batteries. Neither have I eloped to France with my 15year old lover, or spilt the beans on my boyhood friend Jimmy Savile

So where have I been? Well simply put I have spent about 6 weeks in a dentist chair fighting trigeinal neuralgia and redundentcy . Between those hours I have been training hard for my upcoming fell runs, I have completed 2 trail marathons in the last few weeks and have a track marathon pending next month. Although all this has led me to some white collar boxing training against Nikki's wishes.

I have converted to a galaxy s3 so been just updating my FB regularly, currently off work I'm turning my hand to DIY. So in a nutshell I'm still going strong, getting stronger and enjoying raising money for the cats protection league. :thumb:

After an amazing 16 points from 18 available I have spent long periods looking at the football league table and thinking soon Palace will be Man City with just a few quid less.


So for those that have missed my dulcet tones, here's my latest record with dancing girls :thumb:

So signing off for now, and look forward to seeing some of you at the pre christmas meet that my good lady is running.

I am safe and well as are my fantastic boys, one of whom is training with me in prep for the Military, and was 16 years old yesterday .
