Habitation service (1 Viewer)

We've had our MH for a year (can't believe it) and it is about to come to the end of it's warranty so we've booked a habitation service with a mobile caravan doctor.
What should be included in the service and is there anything particular I should get him to look out for while it's still in warranty?
Also, do most people have this done yearly?

I had one done about 4 years ago. I know for a sure fire fact that it wasn't done properly. I would never have another one done.

We have ours done every year at either Peterborough or Newbury by Mark of CLS who is a member here. For less than 100.00 gives me peace of mind. He found damp last year which was fixed before any major damage done. We even found the ingress point and sealed it. No more damp for us
