Looking for someone to do a check of our appliances etc in Arto prior to French trip. Not something we are comfortable with doing. Can anyone recommend a mobile (preferably) service?? Cheshire east area.

I assumed that they just did a check...but do they do minor fixes then? Everything is working but behind the scenes, who knows

If it was me, I wouldn’t bother. If everything is working then that’s what a hab check will tell you. Going “behind the scenes” could just introduce a problem.

There is a guy in macclesfield ,cant remember his name but he is ncc approved and actually comes from New Zealand. Has some good reviews. Try to Google him.

Just get together a kit with duct tape, a selection of cable ties very long to short, spare fuses of all sorts, torch, mirror, adjustable spanner and screwdrivers, string, and then you can at least do minor fixes should it be necessary - which it won’t! Have a great trip.Good thought! Am getting a bit anxious
