Habitation lock fob not working (1 Viewer)

Hi can anyone help please. We have a Pilot motorhome and have an automatic habitation and cab locking system with a fob When pressed it automatically locks all the doors and even locks all doors automatically within travelling a few yards All of a sudden it will only lock the cab doors with the hob and have to lock the habitation doors with the key We know it's not the battery as it does lock the cab doors but bought new battery to definitely illiminate it We would be grateful for any ideas what could be wrong.

Hello and

Sounds like a broken wire or connectors come off inside the door Check the flexible trunking at the bottom of the hab door for a break,failing that you'll need to get to the mechanism inside the door.

As the keys have to stand up to a lot of knocks and they are very expensive to replace, the lack of mechanical response does seem more likely.
