Habitation door step on Integra

The step which is an Omnistor, works intermittently, on retraction, from the habitation door control, but works fine from the cab control.

Apparently it is a Eura Mobil installation not Thule.

Any ideas please.

Might be a good idea to check under the step as there is a switch on it that can get bunged up with crud off the wheels and probably needs cleaning I fitted a guard over ours to keep it clean

if it works off one switch but not the other, I would suspect the contacts on the bad switch

My hab door switch didn't work at all, and you can't by replacements for a 2004 van, so I managed to strip the unit and replace the component on the pcb...
