Habitation Door Fly Screen repair? (1 Viewer)

I'm a Newbie
Hi has anyone undergone a repair of the fly screen on the habitation door i have a Bailey 740 se motor home and the "string" has snapped.

Since 2008 & many years tugging
Did it on my last Hymer, took the whole unit out and replaced one of the strings, did it on the lounge floor used black kite line brought on eBay. Fairly easy to do but quite time consuming, need to get the strings exactly the right length or the blind won't pull across evenly.

Hi Daveo if you mean the string i no idea but the overall size is 1925mm X 625mm if thats any use?

Thanks Lenny it happened on our last trip out to Spain just got home and having to do some 'minor' repair /service jobs especially on the fly screens. Although its had full services to date they seem to miss the blinds!!

Well having removed the door all is now repaired fingers crossed it'll last for a bit :oops:
