Hab Door latch spring

One of the springs on the lower habitation door latch has broken on our Burstner Ixeo, any suggestions on where we might obtain a replacement for less than the price of a kidney?

It's the Spring on the right in the photo

That looks the same as what I just replaced on our 2016 Hymer. The dealer (Campirama) supplied a replacement. Ours has broken twice, its a known fault, kick up a fuss with your dealer.

I had the exact same problem with my Knaus. I contacted Knaus and within about 2 weeks they sent me 2 springs. Took the lock to a nearby locksmith and they fixed it on for a fiver. Probably could have done it myself.

Just buying my first new Knaus, where did you order your parts from? Is there a knaus uk spares department?

I emailed the company in Germany, they replied within about 3 days and offered me the part. Give them photies of the part. Loved my knaus, the build quality of the interior was superb, only sold it because I needed a 4 berth for grandkids.
