I emailed Irina about Amy's insurance renewal to be told she died on the 14th August.

I am absolutely gutted that I was not told and my girl is gone.

How could she not tell me.

Life is a bitch.

Wow John she really knows how to hurt you that is very cruel not to tell you but as they say it takes all sorts, I am sure Bruno was waiting for Amy and they are together again and happy

Sorry to read of Amy John, awful way to find out about it, but if it was heart failure it must of been relatively quick without a lot of suffering.
She has joined Bruno now over rainbow bridge, where they can play happily all day, with neither pain nor suffering

It' bad enough when you're around to lose an animal but to find out well after the event is awful, so many whys and hows and if onlys go through your mind.

An old but true saying ... "There's nowt queerer than folk" John .. and none so queer as ex partners ..

I have plenty of examples in my life where my ex has been evil and vindictive .. or just not telling me things I should have been told.. birth of a grandchild is just one example..

I'm not going into all the details on this thread but nothing will ever surprise me.. but even after 24 years she can still find ways to hurt me and Jan .. and I don't expect it will ever change.. :Sad:

Let it go , I had to for my own sanity .. you have done nothing wrong, she has to live with what she has done wrong.. not you.. move on and put it behind you .. good luck mate

Of course I don't know the lady but have you thought that just, just maybe she was reluctant to tell you yet particularly knowing how hard you felt the loss of Bruno. Is it possible that might be the reason for the delay? I do hope so otherwise she IS a bitch

Sadly no, I would have wanted to help with any costs and she knows how deeply I feel, plus the she dead reply.

Over the dogs i thought we had a mutual understanding.
