Well I can't actually tell what it is from the photo so I'm afraid guessing is all I can do. Is it a garden dumping area ? :ROFLMAO:

OK, I give up what is it not very distinct from the photo unless its piles of firewood. Mind you I am trying to view it on a tiny netbook screen.

The swing as you call it is known round here as the " SPINNING CHAIR OF DOOM" you sit the child in chair at ground level then wind them up .If you like them it's only a couple of feet off the ground however if they're overbearing or they think they're fearless they get my full 6 ft plus arms outstretched.
Many of them start off laughing and vary between pulling their legs in under their chair to speed up and then forcing them out rigid I front of them to slow down.
Most feel sick and stagger off before hitting a tree or bush then puking up
I've never seen people so green!
It even accommodates adults although most have had a drink before feeling brave enough, you can imagine how that ends, although no-one has managed to get puke over the fence whilst spinning. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I believe the term is now "vertically challenged", but in Yorkshire they are still known as short ar**s. :thumb:

No offence intended for any short ar**s. :winky:
