About 50yds from the edge of the lake. Facilities are pristine.

12 euro a night with 10 amp leckie and free superfast wifi!!!

I have bookmarked that one a few days ago as I needed a stop for my mum to rest when we went back to FONTANIERES which is where Max (...my motorhome) had been fixed to get his French homologation. We ended in a hotel but I thought this camp site would be nice for a week end out with my sister or with best friend Lyli:thumb: Now happy to have confirmation it is a good place to go!

We are planning to travel that way in September en route to Winter billets and looking for a site in that area for a few days, so thanks for the tip.

but from the site tariff I get it to €16.20 (low season) pitch + van + 2people + leccy

still a great price compared to a UK site :thumb:

update

As we move on tomorrow we called to pay up.

As I said, 10 amp leckie and with free superb with fi this is one of the best sites we have ever been on!!!

Smashing walking or mountain biking in the hills surrounding the site and if you want the town it is a 15min walk.

With ACSI it cost for 7 nights €86.80 inc tax! :thumbthumb.

BTW an easy walk round the Lac is 3.5klms and would be superb for wheelchairs!!!
