Who can say, there isn't an Unladen weight shown on the plate.
Payload is the difference between Unladen and gross and the only true way to know is a weighbridge when the van is unloaded of everything removable.
The top weight is your maximum loaded weight.
The second is the combined max of van and trailer.
The third is the max front axle load.
The forth is the max rear axle load.
The sum of the axles is higher than the gross to allow for uneven loading but the gross can't be exceeded no matter what.
IE: you could put 1850kg on the front axle but have to reduce the max rear to 2000kg and so on....
1850 + 2000 = 3850.

You Maximum Authorised Mass is 3850kg
Max front axle weight is 1850kg
Max rear axle weight is 2120kg

How much you've got to play with can only be judged if you weigh the vehicle.

As I read that:
Max weight of the vehicle 3850kg
max train weight 5500kg
Front axle 1850kg
rear axle 2120kg

Now all you need to know how much the vehicle actually weighs.

Preferably weight at both axles.

Will do thanks guys

The steel plate says 3500kg, which one is right?

Much better to approach from a different angle: load the van with your normal going away kit & occupants. Don't consciously try to minimise and don't add stuff you "might" use. Then weigh it - front then total from which you can derive rear. From the result you can work out how much you can add. If you do it the other way you'll have to weigh everything you put it. Payload as such is irrelevant - the only thing you need to know is whether you've reached the max.

Alko-kober is the replacement chassis therefore the Alko plate supercedes the Fiat plate.
If the body converter subsequently downrated then their plate would supercede both as the final build stage.

Could I uprate say 200kgs how would u go about it thanks

You need to know if you can uprate that chassis, if you can you may need air suspension and larger wheels/tyres.
Its best to use a professional company like SVtech to provide the details and sort out the paperwork at around £250/£300.

Neither, the converters plate will be the one you need to look at. The Al-Ko plate shows 3850 but the converter may have downplated to 3500. V5 should be the same as the converters plate.
