Hi, Just started using my grill and find that the middle section of the gas burners just light up but do not appear to be as long as the back and front sections, been told by supplier that this is normal and that the centre burners stay on low even when the heat is on maximum. Can anyone confirm this is correct or are having same problem.

Can confirm that, Jan. Same on mine which is probably same as in your Eldiss.
