Chausson 640
This is a sitting the sun with a beer sort of question. My Chausson 640 has the grey waste outlet just behind the nearside rear wheel. It's on my list to modify as it's to low. Just wondering about the logic of its position, why nearside rather than off or central? I realise it could depend on how and where you empty, but any thoughts?

On my Rapido the 40mm grey waste pipe outlet and valve handle is just behind the rear offside wheel.
Doesn't matter if it's either side as you can see where you need to be in the mirrors. However size is everything and some mh have really small bore waste pipes. If I had a small one I would modify it soon, but I don't😂.

My rapido has no idea about offside rules but the handle is on drivers side (rhd) the outlet moved to centre due to low towbar access. Centre access 40mm waste pipe now can put it where its appropriate.
