It wasn't a pain to carry really but still I thought it can be right out of the way.
so I bought some square rain water fall pipe and glued on some plastic strips so I could fix to the garage roof.

We have lots of stuff stored in our garage and for Jack and Victor it has been their home in wheels for the past 9+ weeks.

That's brilliant Techno, thanks. I have two of those things and they are so bulky.

Where did you get your bracket things from?

Hi Russ
I bought some 6mm thick plastic strip from George Spence on Wellington Road.
A single thickness will do but I doubled mine up so it would clear the mini trunking that carries my inverter supply to the electric awning.
The standard fall pipe brackets stand off far too much.

I have a 2 metre length of 40mm ID pipe if anyone wants to claim it at £15
I've added a bit on the shelf price as it cost me fuel to obtain it.

im not just impressed by the tidiness but also by how little stuff is in some peoples garages.
Mine is always absolutely rammed with stuff.

If anyone just wants hose, find a water garden supplier as they stock various types like these, which are far cheaper than those sold for motorhomes.

Mine is 40mm I.D. smooth bore and a perfect fit on Rapido
I found it on the shelf at brown hills
Convoluted pipe isn't a good idea as it will trap waste matter and stink

The hose you have is designed for fresh water inlets, Andy.
I bought a 5m length of the 40mm hose in my link (just to make it easier to drain the waste tank at home) and, whilst it isn't as smooth as yours inside, neither is it convoluted so it doesn't trap waste.

I wonder if Technos idea of the square water pipe would work if I mounted a length under the MH to take a waste extension hose. My current one is quite short and is rolled up in one of the 'drawers' in the skirt. Two lengths of down pipe side by side could take a hose 'folded' in half which could be the length of twice the width of the mh perhaps 13-14ft which would be very useful. Being outside it wouldn't matter if it was a bit smelly. I will try the idea when my MH comes back from Johns Cross workshop
